Provide assistance in dealing with WorkSafe NZ in the event of an employee ever having a Notifiable Incident.
Integrate into the A1 Health & Safety Management Programme any documentation previously compiled by your business pertaining to health and safety.
Be available to management and all staff for an initial six month period to provide whatever health and safety advice your business or your employees may require.
Conduct system audits and provide management with a full report on the outcome of these audits. This will include an Action Plan to ensure any corrective actions are fully completed.
Ensure your business is kept up-to-date with all related health and safety legislation and also make sure your business meets all of its legal obligations under the Health & Safety at Work Act (HSWA) 2015.
Ensure your business is compliant with all Approved Codes of Practice and associated good practice guidelines.
Consult with management prior to the acquisition of new plant and equipment with regards to the safety procedures associated with their operation.
Identify tasks where pre-employment screening may be appropriate, with the aim of minimising the risk of work injury or work-related illness through exposure to those particular tasks.
